Becoming certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business was important to us since we are service connected disabled veterans. This certification is not easy to achieve. It takes months of paperwork and back and forth to achieve certification.
Next up is training and certification by Wicklander-Zulawski. This training was first completed in 2010 during a full 4 day training program which went over how to conduct interviews correctly with positive results.
And last, but certainly not least is our training by Humintell. This training combined with the W-Z training ensures that interviewees provide truthful answers to all questions.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) represents a community of trustworthy businesses. We are proud members of AALPI, the Arizona Association of Licensed Private Investigators. AALPI is a state organization specifically for Private Investigators. From their page:

OSMOSIS An Association for OSINT Professionals
We are proud members of OSMOSIS, An Association for OSINT Professionals. Founded by Cynthia Hetherington of Hetherington Group in 2015, the OSMOSIS Institute’s mission is to educate and train cyber intelligence investigators, researchers, reporters, and analysts on OSINT and SOCMINT techniques and best practices. To that end, they seek to foster professional growth in our community. They strive to inform professionals on how to protect personal privacy data and abide by national and international laws and ethics standards.
To promote our mission, they host the annual OSMOSIScon—the Open Source Skills-building Conference. Now in its 9th year, OSMOSIScon brings hundreds of cyber intelligence analysts together to learn, share, and network. Sessions dive into all open source techniques and skills related to exposing fraud, identifying geolocations, and cracking impenetrable leads.
We have been thoroughly trained in OSINT Techniques (Open Source Intelligence Techniques). This training was initially done in 2012 through the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations) and Michael Bazzell who investigated cyber-crimes for over 20 years for the government as part of the FBI’s Cyber Crimes Task Force. We’ve also attended many OSMOSIS skills building conferences over the years.
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Certified / U.S. Small Business Association
U.S. Small Business Association – Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Certified:
We are proudly certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Veteran-owned small businesses can use this application to be certified by SBA to compete for federal contracts. Certified veteran-owned small businesses (VOSBs) will have the opportunity to pursue sole-source and set-aside contracts at the Department of Veterans Affairs under the VA’s Vets First program. Certified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) will have the opportunity to compete for federal sole-source and set-aside contracts across the federal government.
